The event is BYOB, but we will have beer from Platinum Sponsor Meyboom Brasserie and water to share.

Parade Participants - All are welcome to participate! Judges will award prizes in various costume categories.

Spectators - Please cheer on our paraders! You might want to offer Halloween treats lest you be tricked!

Timeline
- 3:45pm - Line up at the corner of Velasco & Concho
- 4:00pm - Parade begins
- 4:45pm - Return to Block Party for prizes
